Shipping policy

If you want it, we will get it to you! We ship worldwide using Canada Post (can take up to 6 business days in North America) or Chit Chats. Most items will be shipped within 1-5 days of payment clearing, depending on the item (custom made or made to order) it can take longer, please refer to the item listing for more info. Please contact us if you need a rush on your item! We will be more than happy to look into your options and provide you with quotes.

Buyers are responsible for any extra fees due to duties/customs. 
Shipping within Canada:
Orders of less than $50CAD with max size 8x10 prints will be shipped with no tracking. Orders over $50 and/or 11x14 will be shipped with Chit Chats with tracking.

Shipping to US:
Orders will be shipped with tracking via USPS with the aid of Chit Chats.

Shipping Internationally: 
Tracking will be included in your shipping with Chit Chats - Ascendia, USPS international, UPS.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, import fees, etc on all orders including returns and/or exchanges.

Your order will be packaged in a clear bag with a board backing and placed inside a stayflat envelope.

Damages:
Should your order arrived damaged or creased, please contact me immediately with photos attached so I can send you a replacement and contact the postal service.
